Can a person know that they have eternal life? What does the Bible say, and how does this apply to our lives personally? We are not saved by our own works; we find victory in our Saviour Jesus. When it is in the heart to obey God, Jesus accepts this disposition and makes up for the deficiency. The reality is the righteousness you receive is not your own, because Someone else went through the torment for you. He wants you to receive His righteousness so that you may know you have eternal life.

In this message, we will do a simple overview of the sanctuary and its symbols of salvation. The tabernacle in the Old Testament was a symbol of salvation. In the New Testament we see the fulfillment through Jesus Christ. Sin separates us from God. Psalm 77:13 says, “Thy way, O God, is in the sanctuary.” In the Old Testament, on the Day of Atonement people offered sacrifices and their sins were forgiven. In the same way, when we come to Jesus Christ our sins are forgiven. After the sacrifice ...

What does it mean to be born again? How can I practically have this experience in my life? In this lecture, we look into the Biblical answers to these questions. The Pharisees did everything to obey the commandments; they kept the Sabbath, and they were faithful with their tithes. Yet we see Jesus rebuke them and their ways. How hard is it to enter the kingdom of God, if the Pharisee who was so strict and perfect in their eyes did not qualify? Jesus told Nicodemus in John 3:3, “You must be bo...

Have you ever wondered how to study the Bible in a way that draws you closer to God? In this message, we look into simple ways to study the Word so that it becomes alive during your devotional time. What is the Biblical way of meditation? Joshua 1:8 says, “This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou may observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then you shall hav...

If you put it into practice, this message will change your life. We see the spoken Word of God is very important. In the beginning, Creation was made through the Word of God. He spoke and there was existence. In this lecture, Kreuzer explains to us how Hebrew men would teach their children how to memorize the Scriptures. Memorization was a given in the Old Testament time; the Jews believed that the best thing we can do is to have the Word of God written in our hearts. What is the benefit of...

Through God’s Word, we discover that God not only gives the victory, but He actually commands it. If someone was to be saved by their own goodness, they would have to die; face the penalty of death, then rise and live a perfect life. This is impossible; therefore we know that we are only saved by the grace of God. Scripture tells us that those who overcome inherit eternal life. They overcome because they have salvation; they have received Jesus as a result of their faith, and they overcome. G...

Is the brain a locked case of gray mass or can it be transformed? In this lecture, we talk about how the Word of God actually has power to transform the mind and give us true victory. Your thoughts have to be transformed for any change to occur. How many times have you tried to change your habits or character but fall back because your mind has not been transformed? Chad Kreuzer explains that we are not saved because we do the right things; we are changed by thinking about what Jesus has done...

When we have faith, will things always be easy? Should we wait until God makes things reasonably overcomeable, or are we at times to suffer until we obtain the victory? 1 Peter 4 tells us, “Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin.” We learn from our Lord Jesus that He suffered in the flesh, yet He did not sin. Should we not have the same mindset? Because Jesus went throu...

The apostle Peter talks much about faith in the Bible, while James speaks much on works. In this message, we explore one of John’s favorite subjects: abiding. John 15 says, “Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can you, except you abide in me. If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, you shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.” Faith and abiding are not contradicting—they actually fit together. If...

It is important for us to memorize the Word of God. It will be a shelter in hard times and always a guide in our lives. Martin Luther knew so much of the Bible, that at one point a memory verse came to him from Romans: “The just shall live by faith.” He began running through the Scripture in his memory and this brought about the Reformation. It is repetition that truly deepens the impression. You don’t have to be very good at memorizing, as long as you spend time in the Word of God you will g...
